BRAAS HOME BAKE-OFF<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Een van de huidige productielijnen is volledig omgebouwd en gereviseerd met als doel om de lijn in te zetten voor de productie van diverse soorten afbakbroodjes.<\/p>\n

Sinds 2014 volledig operationeel<\/h3>\n

De lijn is voorzien van high-care ruimtes, inclusief dieptrekmachines, om de bake-off producten af te laten koelen en direct zuurstofarm te kunnen verpakken (ZAV). Deze lijn is sinds januari 2014 volledig operationeel.<\/p>\n

De groeiende Europese markt voor ZAV broodproducten heeft Braas Brood- en Banketbakkerij b.v. doen besluiten om opnieuw te gaan investeren in ZAV productie. In oktober 2014 zijn wij gestart met de uitbreiding van onze bakkerij met een additionele 4.500 m2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n
